By acquiring the VIP PRIVATE - ELITE MEMBER package, you will have access to a Corporate Concierge who will work with your team, ensuring that you will not have to spend additional resources to plan an unforgettable experience for your guests.
Your Corporate Concierge will handle all the extra-festival details, such as accommodation, travel arrangements, pre- or post-festival events, etc.
During the festival, you can plan unique experiences for your guests, brand activations, etc., and you will coordinate all the work of the 4 concierges who will be present to provide support and fulfill all requests during the event.
You will also coordinate with us all the add-ons and upgrades you wish to offer your special guests, who will be staying in the Premium Club - Elite Member box, including coordination with our Elite Shuttle, exclusive to your box guests, which will ensure they don't have to wait in line to arrive at or leave the festival, and will drop your most special guests off inside the festival, next to the box entrance, where your dedicated concierge will welcome them and be there to assist with any needs.
Finally, both Concierge teams will produce a photo report and a video report (Premium Club and VIP Private), which will be delivered to you the week after the festival, so you can share the best moments of the festival with your guests.
