NH Concierge Services, Lda, hereinafter referred to as "NHCS" respects your privacy. NHCS recognizes that you have certain rights with respect to any of your personal data that we collect and that we have certain obligations with respect to it. NHCS supports the various international and local privacy laws and applies procedures to comply with their requirements, including all of the GDPR.
The following information discloses our privacy principles as well as our practices for collecting, storing, and using your personal data. We encourage you to review this information so that you can understand and consent to how we may collect, use, and share your personal data. Unless you provide us with sufficient personal data, we may not be able to provide you with appropriate assistance with your job application, job placement or matching, or workforce solutions to be provided or performed by NHCS.
DATA WE COLLECT
In order to be able to provide its services, NHCS must collect certain personal data from/about persons in the position of Customers and/or Passengers.
The types of personal data collected, processed and stored by NHCS will be limited to those used to meet the needs of booking, billing and advertising of its services
Such information may include:
Name;
Contact details (address, telephone number, email address);
Customer ID and password or PIN, if registering through the NHCS websites;
Date of birth;
Driver's license number and data;
Content of any other identification document provided to NHCS for booking and/or billing purposes;
Personal history;
Citizenship status;
Data related to health or disabilities;
Emergency contact details or close relatives;
Information from and related to publicly accessible profiles that you have created on social media platforms;
Information regarding your interests, preferences and travel qualifications
In addition, under certain circumstances and consistent with applicable laws, NHCS
You may request types of personal data that are considered by some countries to be "sensitive":
National or tax identification number/Social security number;
Financial or bank account data;
Results of drug screenings, criminal records and history;
Benefit selections, including potentially data on health insurance and retirement plans;
Biometric data;
NHCS in compiling data for its practices and its reporting on tailor-made product adaptation, we may also ask you to provide us with data on gender, race/ethnicity, ex-combatant status. The provision of this type of information will always be voluntary
Finally, interactions with mobile applications and websites related to NHCS may result in the collection, processing, and storage of information:
Geolocation data;
Other information you may provide to us, for example, through surveys, interactions with our social media, or other means used to contact NHCS.
Some NHCS sites require you to provide us with personal data, for example, when you create a profile and login credentials. Instead of having to enter your personal data, some of these features may allow you to use third-party authentication tools, such as Instagram, Facebook, the network X and Google, to fill in certain fields. By authenticating yourself through one of the social media options, you allow us to receive your personal data and others that are accessible through such tools. This data may be embedded in your profile. For any such tools you choose to use, we advise you to review the privacy policy and any terms and conditions of the tool provider.
We may use personal data to allow you to participate in social media posts in real time. If you choose to participate, your public Customer name will be displayed on the sites along with your posting, including but not limited to comments, images, and videos.
We may provide you with access to third-party features that allow you to post content to your social media accounts. Any data you provide to us through the use of this feature is governed by the applicable third party's privacy policy and not by this Privacy Statement.
HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
NHCS will use the data it collects to provide you with the services you request and, if you have given your consent, to send you our product offering on time. In addition, the data may be used for other lawful purposes, such as audits, security, fraud prevention, or preserving and defending NHCS's legal rights.
As for data, the use may include contacting you via post, email, telephone or text message about us. Such communications will come directly from NHCS (or agents working on behalf of NHCS). The Client can always opt out of receiving such communications; for more details, please see the "Your Rights and Choices" section below.
NHCS may also use the information it collects about you to conduct data analysis, research, and studies to prepare its product offering, including:
Analyze trends in the opportunities of the offer of destinations;
Evaluate travel trends in order to produce customized content;
Research, implement and commercialize new forms of business;
Data that has been anonymized does not identify you personally and is not covered by this Privacy Statement.
Where information is collected through other interactions, it will only be used in connection with such interactions, unless specifically stated otherwise.
NHCS will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with the requested services, except where retention of personal data is necessary to comply with law, regulation, or other legal authority or if retention is permitted for other lawful purposes, such as auditing, security, the prevention of fraud or the preservation and defense of NHCS's legal rights or is authorized by you for a longer period.
WHERE YOUR DATA MAY BE SHARED
NHCS holds its employees, agents and suppliers responsible for maintaining the trust you place in us with your personal data. Your data will not be used or shared except as described in this Privacy Statement. To efficiently manage your interests, your data may be shared with other NHCS entities or with third-party service providers who may be involved in the processes necessary to provide such services. Any involvement of a third-party service provider will be governed by approved contractual requirements that prohibit the use of your data for any purposes other than those determined by NHCS and that require that sufficient administrative and technical security mechanisms are in place to prevent your data from being misused, disclosed or consulted.
As a result of the global scope of NHCS's activities, sharing your data with other NHCS entities, service providers, and suppliers may result in your data being sent to countries other than your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than your country of residence. Regardless of where your data originates or falls, NHCS will always protect it as described in this Privacy Statement and will comply with all applicable data protection laws. NHCS remains responsible for the information we share with third parties for processing on our behalf.
Finally, your data may be shared with relevant government entities if NHCS is required to do so by law or legal process or if it is legitimately requested to do so by law enforcement or other government officials.
COOKIES
Many NHCS websites use "cookies" to help personalize the online experience. A cookie is a set of data stored on your computer or mobile device and associated with information about that Customer. It also allows you to identify these devices when they return to a website. You can set your browser to notify you before you receive a cookie, giving you the option to accept it or not. You can also set your browser to disable cookies. If you do this, there are parts of some sites that may not work properly. NHCS uses both session and persistent cookies. A session cookie expires when the Customer closes the browser. A persistent cookie is a small text file that is stored on your hard drive for an extended period of time. These can be removed by following the instructions in your Internet browser's help file.
To help us provide you with a better service, we sometimes collect anonymous data from visits to our sites through "web beacons". These do not access your personal data, but allow NHCS to make a record of Customers who have visited our websites. This anonymous data is sometimes referred to as "clickstream data". NHCS or its suppliers may use this data to analyze trends and statistics in order to provide better customer service.

We allow third parties, including AddThis, to collect certain anonymous data when you visit our websites. Such companies may use non-personally identifiable information during your visits to this and other websites to show you advertisements about goods and services that are more likely to be of interest to you. Usually, these companies use a third-party cookie or web beacon to collect such information.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES
The amount of personal data you are required to provide when requesting our services will be limited to what is relevant to the provision of such services. We may periodically use your contact information to send you email updates to alert you to promotional services or opportunities relevant to your interactions with NHCS, such as last-minute promotions, catalog releases, one-off celebrations. Each notification will provide instructions that allow you to unsubscribe from receiving similar e-mails from the registered service or resource. Where we request personal data about you, our site also gives you the opportunity to decide which communications you wish to receive. When you opt out, the database will automatically update with your preferences. Where your interactions with NHCS have led to your registration for multiple services or resources, you may need to opt out separately for each one.
In addition, with respect to the personal data that NHCS holds about you, and subject to NHCS's obligations to maintain your data in accordance with applicable laws, you have the right to request access, withdraw consent to use and processing, and request correction of inaccuracies or deletion of data. NHCS may limit or refuse access requests or charge reasonable access fees, except as prohibited by applicable law.
Since such data is necessary for the performance of the services that NHCS provides to you, any request to withdraw consent to processing or to delete data may result in NHCS no longer being able to provide services to you.
PROTECTION OF YOUR DATA
NHCS takes reasonable precautions to protect your personal data. We regularly monitor industry standards for data protection and review our physical, technical, and organizational security practices to determine how best to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access, destruction, or disclosure of your personal data.
UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
NHCS may update this Privacy Statement at any time and should review it frequently. If we change our Privacy Statement, we will post the revised version with an updated revision date. If we make significant changes to our Privacy Statement during the term of a Data Processing Consent provided by you, we will notify you no later than 30 days before the changes take effect by sending you an email. If you do not agree with the changes, you must revoke your Consent until they come into force.
