NH Concierge Services is the Official Tourism Partner for Concierge and Tailor-Made Services of Rock in Rio Lisboa, therefore all products marketed by it are authorized by the Festival Promoter, and whose terms and conditions are governed by those published by the Promoter, which are reproduced below and can be viewed via the link:

11th Edition of ROCK IN RIO LISBOA
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. The commercial company ROCK WORLD LISBOA, S.A., with the unique registration and identification number of legal person 506 652 041, headquartered at Edifício LACS, Cais da Rocha de Conde D'Óbidos, 1350-352 Lisboa, registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Lisbon, e-mail info.lisboa@rockinrio.com, is the Promoter of the 11th Edition of ROCK IN RIO LISBOA, to be held on the 20th, 21st, 27th and 28th of June 2026, at Parque Tejo.
2. Age Rating: over 6 (six) years old.
3. It is forbidden to enter the City of Rock to children under 3 (three) years of age.
4. Entry to the City of Rock by any adult or child over 3 (three) years of age inclusive is made upon presentation of a valid daily ticket or a weekend pass.
5. Children under 12 (twelve) years of age may only enter the City of Rock duly accompanied by the holder of parental responsibilities (father and mother), or by an adult duly identified and who is responsible for them. Whenever doubts arise about the age of the minors, the identification document proving the age invoked must be presented to the agents in charge of the inspection, otherwise entry into the venue will be denied.
6. The daily ticket is valid only for the place and day indicated, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
7. It is expressly forbidden to enter the venue of food and beverages in large quantities, as well as objects that may be considered dangerous and not authorized by the Event Promoter or that are prohibited by the legislation in force, namely:

Alcohol;

Any glass or metal bottles, regardless of capacity;

Bottles with packaging greater than 0.5l;

Glassware, cans (drink and spray);
-
Helmets;
-
Selfie sticks;
-
Compressed air horns;
-
Unauthorised communication material (leaflets, pamphlets and stickers);
-
Large posters or those containing offensive, discriminatory or extremist-related phrases;
-
Skateboards, skates, bicycles or similar;
-
Drones;
-
Laser pointers;
-
Megaphones, laptops, tablets, power banks larger than a usual mobile phone;
-
Explosive substances or devices, pyrotechnic articles and fireworks;
-
Ammunition and cartridges, knives, firearms, throwing weapons, weapons intended to project toxic, asphyxiating or corrosive substances, bladed weapons or sharp, pointed or piercing objects;
-
Toys/replicas that can be misidentified as weapons;
-
Umbrellas;
-
Tents, benches, chairs, chains, ropes and lanterns;
-
Toxic substances, drugs, syringes;
-
Large bags/backpacks (with or without strap);
-
Paints, dyes and other related products;
-
Professional photographic equipment, namely large equipment, lenses and tripods;
-
Animals, with the exception of assistance dogs, in compliance with the legislation in force.
8. At the entrance to the venue, the public may be subject to inspections, body searches and removal of unauthorized objects.
9. Entry into the City of Rock will be refused to any person who appears to be under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, demonstrates violent, aggressive or contrary to public order behavior or refuses to expropriate objects not allowed and not authorized in accordance with this regulation.
10. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed spaces of the City of Rock, in compliance with the legislation in force.
11. Audio and video recordings and transmissions of all or part of the Event by any means are strictly prohibited.
12. The ticket holder acknowledges that his image may be captured and recorded during the Event, so he assigns, free of charge and definitively, to the Promoter his image rights.
13. The Event Promoter undertakes to refund the amount corresponding to the ticket price, in the situations provided for in the legislation in force.
14. The ticket holder acts at his own risk, expressly acknowledging that the Promoter cannot be held responsible for any risks or damages, or for any other incident, whether occurring before, during or after his stay in the City of Rock, with the exception of incidents resulting from the gross negligence or intentional harmful conduct of the Promoter.
15. The resale of tickets as well as the use of them for promotional or institutional purposes is prohibited, without the express written consent of the Event Promoter.
16. The ticket only allows access to authorized areas of the City of Rock. The use of it in unauthorized areas or the use of it in an irregular way, will imply its immediate seizure and expulsion from the City of Rock.
17. Access to any of the attractions on the Event grounds is only allowed to all those who accept the conditions contained in the respective regulations and the term of responsibility, when the completion of the same is a necessary condition to access the attraction. The acceptance of the term of responsibility presupposes the correct and total completion of it, corresponding signature and presentation of an identification document containing the respective photograph, such as citizen card, identity card, passport or driving license. Access to minors under 18 (eighteen) years of age is only allowed provided that the respective holder of parental responsibilities (father or mother) accepts the conditions referred to in the aforementioned documents.
18. The ticket holder will lose all his rights when leaving the venue, and will not be able to re-enter the City of Rock.
19. The Event Promoter may refuse access or permanence in the VIP Area, as well as access to food and drinks, to ticket holders who are notoriously or apparently intoxicated or under the influence of drugs and/or cause disturbances to the normal functioning of this space.
20. The ticket holder whose actions are contrary to these Terms and Conditions may be refused entry or permanence in the City of Rock, and the respective ticket will be cancelled or the bracelet removed, without the right to a refund of the amount paid for the entrance. The Event Promoter, in the use of its decision-making powers, reserves the right to use other legal means.
21. The nullity, ineffectiveness or non-application, by the competent court, of any provisions of these Terms and Conditions does not invalidate the application of the remaining rules.
22. The Event Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to update and introduce changes and additions to the rules established in these Terms and Conditions, without necessity
prior communication, so the ticket holder should, periodically, to stay informed, consult and review them on the official website of the Event (http://rockinriolisboa.pt), which will always contain the updated version of them, and cannot claim ignorance of any changes and additions made.
23. The Event Promoter reserves the right to change or modify the Event schedule.
24. Ticket holders have the right to exercise their right to complain through the customer service to the info.lisboa@rockinrio.com e-mail, therefore, before any extrajudicial means referred to in the following point are activated, priority should be given to obtaining an amicable, fair and adequate solution, within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of the communication addressed to this effect.
25. Under Articles 2 and 18 of Law No. 144/2015 of 8 September, in the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may use the European Online Dispute Resolution Platform (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the following alternative dispute resolution entity:

26. In cases not mentioned, the legislation in force will apply.
27. The ticket holder expressly declares that he has read, understood and accepted, in full and without reservation, these Terms and Conditions and that he is fully aware of the rights and obligations arising from them.
