Reservation requests will be processed in order of arrival, and availability is subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
After booking confirmation, you will have 48 hours to make the payment, after which the booking will be automatically cancelled.
REFUND POLICY
The cases for ticket cancellation and refund are those stipulated in current legislation:
- If the show does not take place at the scheduled location, date and time;
- If the program or the main artists are replaced;
- If the show is interrupted, except if this interruption occurs due to force majeure, in which case the Promoter will not have to issue a refund for the tickets.
TICKETS, BOX OFFICE and ELITE SHUTTLE
The ticket(s) will be sent in digital format.
On the day of the festival, your Concierge will be at the collection point (to be informed) to deliver your Welcome Box.
From this point, you can use the shuttle that will take you to the VIP area entrance. When you want to leave the festival, simply inform the concierge that you will be in the VIP area, and they will request the Elite Shuttle to pick you up at the Premium Club VIP area entrance.
